Respnse to "A Doctor's Dilema"

I cannot believe that someone could even question about saving a life or not. Its sad that in todays society there are people pout there that would not save you if you needed to be saved. That they would not give you a second thought if you were dying. To take an oath to be medical doctor is a big step. The oath states that you are to help the sick and injured, so I do not understand why he even thought about the fact that he might get sued. I would be more worried about being sued for not trying to help someone in need. If you have the capabilities to help someone then you should do so.
