I really liked “A Doctor’s Dilemma”. I can understand that having the choice between saving a man’s life, potentially be sued, and losing his job and not helping and having the man die would be a very tough choice to make. Personally, I would have a hard time figuring out what to do if I were him. But I know that saving him would be the right thing to do. If I had knowledge about performing lifesaving tactics, I would save that man. If not, I would at least use first aid on that man and wait for the ambulance to come. But I feel like if I were the drunk and injured man, I would be very grateful for having him save me. It would be heartbreaking to see the soon to be doctor lose his career for such a foolish dilemma. I would think at least the doctor saved his life. I believe that doctors are responsible for saving people, but situations like these are tight and very risky. But then again I feel like if he knew what he was doing then that’s the best that could have happened, especially being the closest thing for help to save the driver.
