I don't understand why people would sue someone that just save their life. I understand the guy could have been a quadriplegic but he lived. You see so many cases where someone gets in an accident and becomes paralyzed and ready to sue. Be happy that you are alive. If it was me in the truck I would be happy with being paralyzed then dead. I would honestly take never being able to walk again than to never be able to see my family again. I would give my legs for my life. And yes, he was still in medical school but he saved that guy's life and that is really all that should matter. The guy in the truck could have killed himself and the person he got but he didn't and it was luck that the doctor happened to there at that time. It's sad how willing people are to sue each other and not count their blessings and move on. You're alive be happy with that fact and live the rest of your live being smarter and don't put your life in danger like that again.
